Products are sold F.O.B shipping point to locations within the United States only. We will arrange for a qualified and appropriate third-party carrier to ship the products. Freight charges, if applicable, are estimated and will be added to the invoice. Title to all products except software, and risk of loss to all products and software, passes to you at the shipping point. You agree to notify us of any product shortages or damage within two business days from delivery. In the event of product loss or damage in transit, we will assist you in making claims against the shippers we selected.
