Any product sold by Medgluv carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund including return shipping.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the warehouse.
